How to Upgrade your Service's Add-on and Options?

Throughout this guide, you'll see how to update your configurable options for a given services or even check the current available add-ons for all your services. 

If you opt for an option upgrade, a prorata invoice will be instantly generated which will be based on the remaining days of your service's billing period. 

NB: Before upgrading, your service's options you need to make sure that the concerned isn't overdue. Any overdue invoice needs to be cleared before upgrading / adding options 

If you opt for an add-on, you'll be able to set it up at any time as long as you have an active service. 

 

To proceed with a service add-on or options upgrade you would need to login to your My Details and go to the My Services Page

Once on the My Services page, you may click in the sidebar on View Available Addons

You'll then see the list of addons and you'll be able to select the service name for which you would like to order and click on Order Now. 

Proceed then, to the checkout steps.

To upgrade the configurable options for a given services, once on the My Services Page, click on the service you would like to add an option. (Extra IPs For instance).

You'll be then able to choose the option you would like to opt for and hit the "Click To Continue" button to follow the checkout process.
