What is the Grace Period Policy?

At HostStage, the invoices are generated 5 days prior to the service's renewal due date. 

Automatically, we offer a 5 days grace period during which your services would keep operating without any interruption. 
Past the 5 days, the services will be automatically suspended. 

If your account is on a good standing and on a case by case basis, we may offer a circumstantial greater grace period in which case you would just need to open a support ticket to the billing center.
